Agile ways of working


I was given the task to create a communication campaign to be rolled out across the organization – informing all employees working with running the bank about the scaled agile practices that were about to be implemented in their daily work life.

These practices included among other things; working with customer centricity, creating user journeys and what it means to work with iterative processes in a SCRUM setup.

Below are some examples of discarded concepts that were developed during the proces.
